Tuftra Seller Terms & Conditions
Please read carefully before registering as a seller on Tuftra Marketplace
1. Platform Role
This platform operates as a marketplace connecting buyers and sellers. The platform does not own, manufacture, or sell any products listed by sellers. Each seller is solely responsible for their products, listings, pricing, quality, and compliance with applicable laws.
2. Seller Responsibilities
Sellers are responsible for ensuring that all product information, including description, pricing, images, and availability, is accurate and up to date. Sellers must ensure that all products are genuine, legal, and compliant with applicable regulations.
3. Order Fulfillment & Logistics
Sellers are responsible for timely packaging and dispatch of orders unless otherwise agreed with the platform. Any delay, damage, or incorrect dispatch shall be the responsibility of the seller.
4. Return & Refund Policy (30 Days)
Customers are eligible to request returns within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- Product received is damaged
- Product is defective or not working
- Wrong product or incorrect variant delivered
- Product not as described
Returned products must be accepted by the seller once verified by the platform. Refunds will be processed after inspection and approval.
5. Payment & Payout Policy
All payments received from customers will be securely held by the platform for a period of up to 5 days after successful delivery of the order. After completion of this holding period, the eligible order amount will be released to the seller's registered bank account.
The platform reserves the right to apply necessary deductions before payout, including but not limited to handling fees, return charges, reverse logistics costs, or penalty fees (if applicable), strictly as per platform policies. All deductions and settlement details will be transparently shared with the seller through a detailed transaction statement for each payout cycle.
6. Commission Policy
Currently, the platform does not charge any commission on seller sales. However, the platform reserves the right to introduce service fees or commission in the future with prior notice to all sellers.
7. Prohibited Products
Sellers are strictly prohibited from listing illegal, counterfeit, unsafe, or restricted products. Violation of this policy may result in suspension or termination of the seller account.
8. Account Suspension & Termination
The platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate any seller account in case of fraud, repeated complaints, policy violations, or suspicious activity.
9. Dispute Resolution
In case of disputes between buyer and seller, the platform may act as a mediator. However, final responsibility for product quality, dispatch, and compliance remains with the seller.
10. Fair Use Policy
The platform is currently in its growth phase and aims to support sellers with a low-cost, fair, and transparent ecosystem to encourage business growth and customer satisfaction.
