By accessing and using Tuftra (tuftra.com), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
2️⃣ About Tuftra
Tuftra is an online marketplace connecting rug sellers and buyers. We create and track orders and manually approve sellers, but we do not receive or hold payments: buyers pay sellers directly.
3️⃣ User Accounts
- You must provide accurate and complete information
- You are responsible for maintaining account security
- One person may not maintain multiple accounts
- We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate our terms
4️⃣ Payments & Refunds
- Buyers pay sellers directly using the payment details shown for their order (for example UPI, Payoneer or another method offered by the seller)
- Tuftra does not receive, hold or release payments
- Refunds, when agreed or required, are paid by the seller; Tuftra helps mediate
- Tuftra does not offer discount codes; prices are set by sellers
5️⃣ Prohibited Activities
- Listing counterfeit or misrepresented products
- Fraudulent transactions or chargebacks
- Harassing buyers, sellers, or Tuftra staff
- Placing an order on Tuftra and then paying or arranging delivery in a way that deliberately avoids the order shown on Tuftra
- Creating fake reviews or manipulating ratings
6️⃣ Limitation of Liability
Tuftra acts as a marketplace intermediary. We are not liable for product quality disputes between buyers and sellers. However, we will help mediate disputes fairly. Because buyers pay sellers directly, Tuftra does not hold funds and cannot reverse a payment itself; we will use the tools we have (contacting the seller, removing listings, suspending accounts) to help reach a fair outcome.
7️⃣ Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Tuftra after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
