Tuftra is an online marketplace connecting rug sellers and buyers. We act as a payment intermediary — holding buyer payments until delivery is confirmed, then releasing to sellers.
3️⃣ User Accounts
- You must provide accurate and complete information
- You are responsible for maintaining account security
- One person may not maintain multiple accounts
- We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate our terms
4️⃣ Payments & Refunds
- All payments are processed securely via Razorpay and PayPal
- Payment is held by Tuftra until delivery is confirmed
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
- Promo code TUFTRA10 gives 10% off — one use per customer
5️⃣ Prohibited Activities
- Listing counterfeit or misrepresented products
- Fraudulent transactions or chargebacks
- Harassing buyers, sellers, or Tuftra staff
- Attempting to complete transactions outside the platform
- Creating fake reviews or manipulating ratings
6️⃣ Limitation of Liability
Tuftra acts as a marketplace intermediary. We are not liable for product quality disputes between buyers and sellers. However, we will mediate all disputes fairly and ensure buyer protection through our escrow payment system.
7️⃣ Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Tuftra after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
