When you use Tuftra, we collect:
- Personal Info: Name, email, phone, shipping address
- Payment Info: Buyers pay sellers directly. Tuftra never collects or stores card numbers, UPI PINs or bank logins. Sellers give us their UPI ID or Payoneer email so buyers can pay them
- Order History: What you bought, when, from which seller
- Device Info: IP address, browser type — for security only
2️⃣ How We Use Your Information
- Process and fulfill your orders
- Send order confirmations and tracking updates
- Provide customer support via support@tuftra.com
- Prevent fraud and ensure platform security
- Send promotional emails (opt out anytime)
- Improve our website and services
3️⃣ Payments
🔐 Tuftra does not process or hold payments. Buyers pay sellers directly, and we show the buyer the seller's payment details for their order. Tuftra never stores your card number, CVV, or banking credentials. Seller verification documents are kept in private storage visible only to the seller and the Tuftra team.
4️⃣ Information Sharing
We do not sell your data. We only share when necessary:
- Sellers: Your shipping address to fulfill orders
- Buyers and sellers: Sellers see the buyer's name, delivery address and order; buyers see the seller's payment details for their order
- Legal: If required by law
