1️⃣ Seller Eligibility
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must provide valid identity and bank details
- Must agree to these terms before listing products
- Sellers from India, Pakistan, Japan, UAE and all countries welcome
2️⃣ Product Listings
- All listings must be accurate — correct size, color, material, photos
- No counterfeit, stolen, or misrepresented products
- New listings reviewed by Tuftra admin within 24 hours
- Minimum 3 clear product photos required
3️⃣ Order Fulfillment
⚠️ Orders MUST be shipped within 48 hours of placement
- Ship the exact product listed — correct size, color, packaging
- Update tracking number in seller dashboard immediately
- Use reliable carriers: FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL
- Packaging: Rolled in tube 🌀 or Flat folded 📦 as listed
4️⃣ Penalty Policy
❌ Violations result in automatic penalties:
- Wrong delivery: 10% payout deduction — automatic
- Late shipment (1st): Warning + performance score -5
- Late shipment (3x): Payout hold
- Fake tracking: Account suspended
- Counterfeit product: Permanent ban + legal action
5️⃣ Payouts
- Payouts processed every 5 days automatically
- 🇮🇳 India sellers → Razorpay direct bank transfer
- 🇺🇸 USA / 🇨🇦 Canada / 🇦🇪 UAE → Payoneer or PayPal
- 🌍 Other international → Payoneer / Wise / SWIFT
- Current commission: 0% — you keep 100%
- Penalties deducted before payout
- Payout held if account has unresolved disputes
6️⃣ Account Termination
Tuftra reserves the right to suspend or terminate seller accounts for repeated violations, fraudulent activity, or failure to meet quality standards. Pending payouts will be settled after 30-day review period.
7️⃣ Commission Changes
Tuftra currently charges zero commission. If commission is introduced, sellers will receive 30 days advance notice via email before any charge takes effect.
