1️⃣ Seller Eligibility
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must provide accurate business details and, if asked, documents so Tuftra can review your account
- Must agree to these terms before listing products
- Sellers from India, Pakistan, Japan, Turkey, Morocco, the USA, Canada, the UAE and other countries may apply; every seller is manually approved
2️⃣ Product Listings
- All listings must be accurate — correct size, color, material, photos
- No counterfeit, stolen, or misrepresented products
- New listings reviewed by Tuftra admin within 24 hours
- Clear, real photos of the actual product are required
3️⃣ Order Fulfillment
⚠️ Orders MUST be shipped within 48 hours of placement
- Ship the exact product listed — correct size, color, packaging
- Enter the tracking number in your seller dashboard when you ship (required to mark an order shipped)
- Use reliable carriers: FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL
- Packaging: Rolled in tube 🌀 or Flat folded 📦 as listed
4️⃣ Penalty Policy
❌ Violations can result in the following actions:
- Wrong delivery: You must refund or replace the buyer; repeated cases lead to listing removal or suspension
- Late shipment (1st): Warning
- Late shipment (repeated): Listings paused or account suspended
- Fake tracking: Account suspended
- Counterfeit product: Permanent ban + legal action
5️⃣ Payouts
- Buyers pay you directly. Tuftra does not receive, hold or pay out money for orders
- Add your payment details in your seller dashboard: UPI ID (India), Payoneer email (other countries), or another method such as pay on delivery
- You must confirm in your dashboard when you have received a buyer's payment, and ship only after you have received it
- Current commission: 0% — you keep 100%
- Refunds owed to buyers are paid by you directly
6️⃣ Account Termination
Tuftra reserves the right to suspend or terminate seller accounts for repeated violations, fraudulent activity, or failure to meet quality standards. Orders already paid for must still be fulfilled or refunded by the seller.
7️⃣ Commission Changes
Tuftra currently charges zero commission. If commission is introduced, sellers will receive 30 days advance notice via email before any charge takes effect.
