Tuftra is a curated online marketplace connecting verified artisan rug sellers with buyers across the United States. We specialize in one thing — rugs — and we do it with care, transparency, and a deep respect for the craft.

We noticed that talented rug makers from Pakistan, Turkey, Morocco, and beyond struggled to reach USA buyers directly. Other platforms took 15–33% of every sale in commission and fees. We thought that was unfair.

Sellers apply and are reviewed by our team. Only genuine artisans and quality rug sellers are approved. Every seller agrees to our terms before listing.

Buyers Shop Safely
Buyers browse and purchase from manually-approved sellers. After ordering, they pay the seller directly (UPI/Payoneer) using the details Tuftra provides. 30-day returns guaranteed.

Sellers Confirm & Ship
Once a seller confirms they've received the buyer's direct payment, they pack and ship the order. No payout cycle to wait on — you're paid as soon as the buyer pays you.

We Handle Disputes
If anything goes wrong — wrong item, damaged goods, late delivery — Tuftra mediates fairly. Sellers who cause problems face proportionate action, including refunding the buyer.
