Buyers pay you directly — UPI if you're in India, Payoneer for other countries. You confirm receipt in your seller dashboard, which unlocks shipping for that order. There's no separate payout cycle through Tuftra right now.
Who handles shipping and delivery?⌄
You do. Pack and ship all orders using FedEx, UPS, or USPS. Update tracking in your seller dashboard — buyers get automatic notifications.
What happens if I deliver the wrong product?⌄
For a wrong delivery you must refund or replace the buyer, and repeated cases can lead to listings being removed or account suspension. Always double-check before shipping.
How long does approval take?⌄

Can I sell from outside the USA?⌄
Yes! Tuftra welcomes sellers from India, Pakistan, Japan, USA, Canada, UAE, Turkey, Morocco and anywhere worldwide — as long as you can ship to USA, Canada, or UAE.
What types of rugs can I sell?⌄
All rug types — handmade, machine-made, Persian, Bohemian, Modern, Traditional, runners, round rugs. All materials: wool, silk, jute, cotton, polypropylene, bamboo.
Is there a minimum number of products required?⌄
No minimum. Start with just 1 product. We recommend at least 5–10 listings for best visibility and sales results.

Seller Agreement
By submitting this application, you acknowledge that: (1) You are responsible for product quality, accuracy, and compliance with applicable laws. (2) All orders must be shipped within your stated processing time, and only after you've confirmed receipt of the buyer's direct payment. (3) Wrong deliveries result in a 10% payout deduction. (4) Buyers pay you directly (UPI/Payoneer) — Tuftra does not collect or hold this payment. (5) Currently zero commission — the platform reserves the right to introduce fees with advance notice.
